Terms of Use

These terms apply to the wasssh mobile app and this website, provided by Appivate [legal entity name, organisation number and address to be added] (“we”). By downloading or using wasssh you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The app

wasssh helps you plan and keep track of home cleaning. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play you got it from.

2. Free and Premium

wasssh is free to download and use with up to 3 rooms. wasssh Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited rooms, full history and insights, and extra task packs. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

• The price is shown in the app before you buy and is charged by Apple or Google in your local currency.
• Premium is linked to the Apple ID or Google account used to buy it. You can restore it on other devices with the same account using “Restore purchase”.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
• We may add new features to Free or Premium over time. We will not remove the core Premium features you paid for from the version of the app you have installed.

3. Your data

Your plan and history are stored on your device, and you are responsible for keeping a backup if you want one. Deleting the app or using “Delete all data” removes your data and we cannot recover it. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, or try to bypass the purchase system, except where the law allows it.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep wasssh reliable, but the app is provided “as is”. We may update, change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will tell you in the app or on this page before they take effect.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data stored on your device. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.

7. App stores

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, but are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. If you use the iOS app, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where these terms are silent.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you live in the EU/EEA you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. Disputes go to the Norwegian courts, unless consumer law gives you the right to use the courts where you live.
